1. Domain registration
Registering your choice of .com or other extension domain ( not all extensions apply ). We will cover the registration cost for one year.

An attractive home/landing page to welcome visitors to your site.Clean, professional page describing your organization, its goals, products, services etc.A page describing you products and/or services in detailAn informative contact page lists telephone, fax, and email contacts to your staff.Interactive page - get feedback through a form sent to your email.
3. Hosting your website
The package include one year of hosting space ( 25 Mb ). This will also include up to 30 email accounts. After 12 months the cost for the same amount of space will be €15 per year.
4. Content Management
You will have access to a professional content editor ( content management system ) which enables you to makes changes ( minor or major ) to existing pages as well as add new ones. This is not a subscription or rental service therefore you will be able to access the editor for as long as you are hosted on our server.
5. Search Engine Inclusion
Your website will be registered with the Google search engine as well as other popular engines - that way you can be found on the internet.

How long does it take to design my website?
Every project is different - some are more complex than others. The time taken to develop a website from scratch depends mostly upon how much information the website contains as well as the time the client takes to provide material and confirm changes. What is your typical webdesign procedure?
If the client does not already have a domain name that would be the first move. We would ask some questions to get familiar with the client's project then come up with suggestions for a domain name - once the client decides on the name we register it and host it.
We then ask the client to provide whatever textual/visual material is available describing whatever it is that is to be presented in the website. We use this material to generate design ideas such as colour schemes and layout and immediately create a quick prototype for the client to review
From this point its basically a process of making alterations and getting the client's feedback until we get it right.Once the internet site is complete, we ask the client to go through it one last time before we make it live. At this point we register the website with Google, Yahoo, MSN and other search engines.The client is then provided with the CMS login together with instructions on how it works.
What exactly is CMS?
CMS - Content Management System is an easy to use software which allows you to make changes to your own website without requiring any special skills. This is very convenient when you need to put up an announcement or change your price list. You can change practically anything using our CMS - you can add/remove entire pages, change, delete or insert images and text, format text and paragraphs. Think of it as a Word Processor which edits websites.
How do you communicate with the client?
Although we do have a conventional telephone number we mainly use electronic communication such as emails and Skype. This has proved to be very effective since it does not tie down either party - if the client is on Skype and has time for us we exchange views on Skype - either text or voice. Since most exchanges involve materials for the website such as text/images/movies in electronic form, Skype and email are ideal.
Will I receive a proper invoice and receipt for my accounts?
We are a registered limited liability company and we have to provide such paperwork by law.
